Your Shout are working New Ach Ltd, who will be submitting a planning application to develop a site adjacent to Pinstone Way.

The existing site is an underutilised and overgrown field, with the M25 on the west and Pinstone Way on the east of the site.

The north of the site is characterised by terraced housing off Oxford Road. Towards the south, the site is surrounded by a combination of housing, parking, and underutilised structures.
